INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...COLD BAY...SAND POINT

CONTINUED HEAVY RAIN SINCE LATE LAST WEEK HAS ALLOWED CREEKS AND
STREAMS ALONG THE ALASKA PENINSULA (INCLUDING RUSSELL CREEK NEAR
COLD BAY) TO RISE TO NEAR BANKFULL. RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL
OVER THE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...HOWEVER THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS
MOVING EAST OF THE AREA. HIGH WATER ALONG LOCAL CREEKS AND
STREAMS WILL CONTINUE...THEN BEGIN TO FALL ON SUNDAY MORNING.
