...AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN VIRGINIA
PIEDMONT...THE RICHMOND METRO AREA AND THE NORTHERN NECK OF
EASTERN VIRGINIA. VISIBILITIES WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN TWO AND FOUR
MILES OVER THESE AREAS...BUT COULD QUICKLY BECOME REDUCED TO ONE
MILE OR LESS IN SPOTS.

DUE TO THE PATCHY NATURE OF THIS FOG...MOTORISTS MAY EXPERIENCE
RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY IN SHORT DISTANCES RESULTING IN
POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
BE ALERT AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING THIS MORNING. USE LOW BEAM
HEADLAMPS...SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW PLENTY OF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION.
