AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN VIRGINIA
PIEDMONT...SOUTH CENTRAL VIRGINIA...AND INTERIOR NORTHEAST NORTH
CAROLINA. VISIBILITY WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE HALF AND TWO
MILES...WITH LOCALIZED AREAS OF VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE HALF
MILE.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY DUE TO
THE AREAS OF DENSE FOG. DRIVE AT REDUCED SPEEDS AND USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS ONLY.
