FOG WILL AFFECT EXTREME NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. FOG WILL BE DENSE AT TIMES
WITH VISIBILITY DROPPING TO ONE-QUARTER MILE OR LESS. AREAS
AFFECTED INCLUDE I-29 ACROSS ROBERTS COUNTY AND HIGHWAY 12 EAST OF
SUMMIT.
