* SPECIAL MARINE WARNING FOR...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM SUWANNEE RIVER TO KEATON BEACH OUT 20 NM OVER
  GULF OF MEXICO WATERS...
  WATERS FROM SUWANNEE RIVER TO APALACHICOLA FL FROM 20 TO 60 NM OVER
  GULF OF MEXICO WATERS...
  INCLUDING BUCKEYE REEF...

* UNTIL 1045 AM EDT

* AT 948 AM EDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETECTED A
  THUNDERSTORM...PRODUCING A WATERSPOUT 13 NM SOUTHWEST OF BUCKEYE
  REEF...MOVING EAST AT 5 KNOTS.

* THIS WATERSPOUT WILL BE NEAR
  7 NM SOUTHWEST OF BUCKEYE REEF BY 1045 AM EDT

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT STRONG WINDS...HIGH WAVES...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAINS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY...UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS...WHICH CAN EASILY
OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS SEAS. SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY.
