  ATLANTIC OFFSHORE WATERS...
  S OF CAPE LOOKOUT NC TO SURF CITY NC OUT TO 20 NM OVER ATLANTIC
  OFFSHORE WATERS...
  WATERS FROM CURRITUCK BEACH LIGHT TO SURF CITY NC FROM 20 TO 40 NM
  OVER ATLANTIC OFFSHORE WATERS...
  INCLUDING 14 BUOY...ATLAS TANKER...BIG TEN FATHOM AND THE KNUCKLE
  BUOY...

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 1111 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER
  FROM 10 NM NORTH OF ATLAS TANKER TO 15 NM SOUTHWEST OF BIG TEN
  FATHOM...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

* THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR
  OVER ATLAS TANKER BY 1125 PM EDT
  OVER 14 BUOY BY 1135 PM EDT

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS...HIGH WAVES...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...
AND HEAVY RAINS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY...UNTIL
THIS STORM PASSES.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
