* AT 239 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER
  FROM 29 NM EAST OF COASTAL WATERS FROM PASCAGOULA MISSISSIPPI TO
  STAKE ISLAND LOUISIANA OUT 20 TO 60 NM TO COASTAL WATERS FROM STAKE
  ISLAND LA TO SOUTHWEST PASS OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER FROM 20 TO
  60 NM...FROM 64 NM SOUTH OF FORT MORGAN TO 43 NM SOUTHEAST OF
