  20 NM SOUTH OF BLOCK ISLAND...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN MA TO CHATHAM MA TO NANTUCKET MA
  OUT 20 NM...
  NANTUCKET SOUND...
  NARRAGANSETT BAY...
  RHODE ISLAND SOUND...

  SOUTHEAST OF THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF CAPE COD TO NEAR LONG
  POINT ON MARTHAS VINEYARD TO 9 NM SOUTH OF BLOCK ISLAND...MOVING
  WEST-NORTHWEST AT 30 KNOTS.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  SAKONNET POINT LIGHT...WELLFLEET HARBOR...STAGE HARBOR LIGHT...
  NANTUCKET SHOALS...QUONSET POINT...LAMBERTS COVE...
  EDGARTOWN HARBOR...MENEMSHA BIGHT...WOODS HOLE...
  BARNSTABLE HARBOR...HORSENECK BEACH...NORTH EASTHAM...WATCH HILL...
  POPASQUASH POINT...AND POINT GAMMON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STRONG WIND GUSTS AND BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS CAN BE EXPECTED. HEAD TO
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR STAY CLOSE TO SHORE UNTIL THE STORM
PASSES.

THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE SHORT LIVED WATERSPOUTS...WHICH CAN EASILY
