  COASTAL WATERS EXTENDING OUT TO 25 NM SOUTH OF MARTHAS VINEYARD AND
  NANTUCKET...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN MA TO CHATHAM MA TO NANTUCKET MA
  OUT 20 NM...
  NANTUCKET SOUND...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM MARTHAS VINEYARD TO NANTUCKET FROM 25 TO 45 NM
  OFFSHORE...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN TO NANTUCKET FROM 20 TO 35 NM
  OFFSHORE...

* UNTIL 900 PM EST

* AT 800 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS AND WINDS TO NEARLY
  50 KNOTS...LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM MADAKET HARBOR TO
  10 NM EAST OF THE COASTAL WATERS SOUTH OF MARTHAS VINEYARD TO 26
  NM SOUTH OF MUSKEGET CHANNEL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 65 KNOTS.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  GREAT POINT LIGHT ON NANTUCKET...SANKATY HEAD LIGHT...STAGE HARBOR
  LIGHT...MONOMOY POINT...THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF CAPE COD...
  NANTUCKET SHOALS BUOY...MADAKET HARBOR...SURFSIDE ON NANTUCKET...
  CHATHAM LIGHT...THE COASTAL WATERS SOUTH OF NANTUCKET...THE COASTAL
  WATERS EAST OF NANTUCKET AND BRANT POINT LIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STRONG WIND GUSTS AND BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS CAN BE EXPECTED. HEAD TO
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR STAY CLOSE TO SHORE UNTIL THE STORM
PASSES.

THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE SHORT LIVED WATERSPOUTS...WHICH CAN EASILY
OVERTURN SMALL BOATS AND PRODUCE ROUGH SEAS. SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING WAS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...AND KEEP AWAY FROM
UNGROUNDED METAL OBJECTS.
