OF PRODUCING MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS...PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADWAYS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS WERE NOW OCCURRING IN AND AROUND TOA
ALTA... COROZAL...MOROVIS...AND NEAR THE COASTAL AREAS OF ARECIBO
AND HATILLO.
