A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS WEST OF CABO ROJO ARE
PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND BRIEF GUSTY
WINDS AS MOVE WESTWARD AT 15 KNOTS. THIS STORMS WILL LIKELY PERSIST
OVER THE MONA PASSAGE UNTIL THIS EVENING. BOATERS SHOULD AVOID BEING
NEAR THE THUNDERSTORMS.
