SHOWERS HAVE BEGUN TO DEVELOP AND MOVE NORTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH
ACROSS THESE AREAS. AT LEAST UNTIL 4 PM AST...ADDITIONAL SHOWERS
AND POSSIBLY ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP ACROSS THESE
AREAS AND PRODUCE PERIODS OF MODERATE TO LOCALLY DOWNPOURS. THE
SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING MODERATE TO
LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS...PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS...REDUCED
VISIBILITIES AND HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY IN AND
AROUND THE WEST AND NORTHWEST SECTIONS OF THE ISLAND.
