COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN USVI AND CULEBRA OUT 10 NM-
955 AM AST THU NOV 27 2014

...HAZARDOUS SEAS EXPECTED TO PERSIST FOR A FEW MORE HOURS...

LOCAL BUOY OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT SEAS NEAR 7 FEET ARE STILL
OCCURRING OVER THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS FROM TIME TO TIME.
HOWEVER...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO WEAKEN RAPIDLY THIS MORNING WITH
A RAPID IMPROVEMENT IN SEAS EXPECTED.

STAY TUNED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS OR POSSIBLE WATCHES OR
WARNINGS FROM YOUR NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE IN SAN
JUAN.
