THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE ADJACENT
ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS WITH THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON
OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF PUERTO RICO. VERY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY
WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTING IS EXPECTED. URBAN AND SMALL STREAM
FLOODING ARE LIKELY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

UPPER LEVEL LOW AND MOISTURE AFFECTION ON MONDAY INTO TUESDAY WILL
CAUSE AN INCREASE IN AREAL COVERAGE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
FOR PUERTO RICO. IN THE MORNING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS FOR EASTERN PR
AND IN THE AFTERNOON FOR WESTERN PR. IN ADDITION...THERE IS A
NORTHERLY SWELL EXPECTED STARTING ON MONDAY WHICH WILL INCREASE
THE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG THE NORTHERN FACING COASTLINES.
