...LIGHT WINTRY PRECIPITATION EXPECTED ACROSS THE BIG
COUNTRY AND THE NORTHERN CONCHO VALLEY...

.LIGHT WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON ACROSS THE NORTHWESTERN BIG COUNTRY...SPREADING SOUTH
AND EAST THROUGH THIS EVENING. MINOR ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED..MAINLY
ON ELEVATED SURFACES. A MIX OF FREEZING DRIZZLE AND SLEET WILL
CHANGE TO LIGHT SNOW BY EVENING...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.

EVENING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN ANGELO HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR A MIXTURE OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...AND
LIGHT SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST THIS EVENING.


* IMPACTS: HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ON
  BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. MINOR ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE ON
  EXPOSED SURFACES.

* TIMING: 12 PM THROUGH 9 PM.

* ACCUMULATIONS: MINOR ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN 1/10 OF AN
  INCH ARE EXPECTED. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 1/4 OF AN INCH.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW...SLEET...OR
FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.
