SAN SABA...TO BARNHART LINE THROUGH 4 AM. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING
TO THE SOUTH AT 20 MPH. PRECIPITATION WILL BE LIGHT TO MODERATE
WITH HOURLY RAINFALL RATES FROM A FEW HUNDREDTHS TO AROUND A
QUARTER OF AN INCH.
