.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHEASTERN GULF WILL INTERACT WITH LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TO BRING MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS
TO THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY. THE WINDS WILL
THEN DIMINISH AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS THURSDAY
NIGHT. THE FRONT IS EXPECTED TO STALL BRIEFLY NEAR THE COAST
BEFORE RETURNING NORTHWARD FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. A STRONGER
COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE COAST EARLY NEXT WEEK.
