AND HYDROLOGICAL CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE.

STAY INFORMED ON THE LATEST RIVER FORECASTS AND CONDITIONS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH
FLOODED AREAS OR AROUND BARRICADES.
