1111 AM EDT SAT MAR 15 2014

DUE TO HIGH RIVER LEVELS AND FORECAST HEAVY RAIN ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY...THE
NEUSE RIVER AT SMITHFIELD COULD JUST EXCEED ITS FLOOD STAGE OF 15 FEET ON
MONDAY AND TUESDAY. INTERESTS ALONG THE RIVER SHOULD MONITOR THE LATEST
LEVELS AND INFORMATION FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DURING THIS TIME.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE LATEST OBSERVATIONS AND 7AM FORECAST STAGES
