EACH VALUE IS THE STAGE FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY OF THAT WEEK. THESE
FORECASTS ARE BASED ON OBSERVED RUNOFF AND ONLY INCLUDE THE NEXT 24
HOURS OF FORECAST PRECIPITATION. ANY ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION COULD
CAUSE AN INCREASE IN RIVER STAGES.
