NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EL PASO, TX

SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF FROM YESTERDAY`S THUNDERSTORMS WILL RESULT
IN ANOTHER RISE ON THE GILA RIVER AT VIRDEN.

THE RIVER WILL APPROACH...BUT ULTIMATELY REMAIN BELOW FLOOD
STAGE AT VIRDEN LATE TONIGHT. IT IS EXPECTED TO CREST NEAR
12.5 FEET BETWEEN 6 PM AND AND 8 PM MDT TONIGHT.
