* WINDS...WILL BE FROM THE EAST 5 TO 10 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WILL DROP AS LOW AS 27 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...DRY CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
  CONDITIONS. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
