* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 9 PERCENT.

* TIMING...NOON TO 10 PM ON WEDNESDAY.
