.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY AGAIN TODAY. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 70S TO MID 80S WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY 30 TO 40 PERCENT. LIGHT WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
SHIFT TO THE SOUTHEAST. CONDITIONS WILL BE SIMILAR TUESDAY.

CONTENT OF GRASSES...AND OTHER DRY ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE
GROUND...INDICATE THE PROBABILITY OF A FIRE OCCURRENCE IS LOW.
OUTDOOR BURNING UNDER THESE CONDITIONS CAN USUALLY BE PERFORMED
WITH REASONABLE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.

THE OUTLOOK FOR TUESDAY AFTERNOON...THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER
INDEX WILL REMAIN IN THE LOW CATEGORY.
