IN THE 50S TO NEAR 60. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE 35 TO
45 PERCENT. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH
GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
