...RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET AT WORLAND WY...

 AN EXITING HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM BROUGHT ANOTHER DAY OF WELL ABOVE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE COWBOY STATE. A RECORD HIGH
TEMPERATURE OF 81 DEGREES WAS SET AT WORLAND WY YESTERDAY. THIS
BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 79 SET IN 1979.

THE HIGH OF 81 DEGREES AT CASPER WY YESTERDAY WAS ALSO THE WARMEST
HIGH SO LATE IN THE SEASON...BEATING THE PREVIOUS HIGH OF 80
DEGREES..WHICH WAS LAST SET ON OCTOBER 29TH 1968.
