...RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE AND LOW MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SET AT ROCK
SPRINGS WY...

 CLEAR SKIES AND FRESH SNOW...AIDED IN REINFORCING THE ALREADY
ESTABLISHED ARCTIC AIR ACROSS THE AREA. A RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE OF
-12 DEGREES WAS SET AT ROCK SPRINGS WY YESTERDAY. THIS BREAKS THE
OLD RECORD OF -4 SET IN 1959.

A RECORD LOW MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 11 DEGREES WAS SET AT ROCK
SPRINGS WY YESTERDAY. THIS EASILY BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 21 SET IN
2000.
