1245 AM MST WED NOV 26 2014

...RECORD DAILY MAXIMUM PRECIPITATION SET AT RIVERTON WY...

 A FRONTAL BOUNDARY BROUGHT SNOW ACROSS MANY AREAS YESTERDAY. A
RECORD PRECIPITATION OF 0.06 INCHES WAS SET AT RIVERTON WY
YESTERDAY. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 0.01 SET IN 2011. NOTE THE
RECORDS FOR THE RIVERTON SITE ONLY DATE BACK TO 1995.

THE RECORD DAILY PRECIPITATION FOR THE COOPERATIVE OBSERVER SITE AT
RIVERTON FOR NOVEMBER 25 IS 0.26 INCHES...LAST SET IN 1982.

IN ADDITION...A RECORD SNOWFALL OF 1.5 INCHES WAS SET AT RIVERTON WY
YESTERDAY. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 0.4 SET IN 1996. NOTE THE
RECORDS FOR THE RIVERTON SITE ONLY DATE BACK TO 1995.

THE RECORD SNOWFALL FOR THE COOPERATIVE OBSERVER SITE AT RIVERTON
FOR NOVEMBER 25 IS 4 INCHES...WHICH WAS LAST SET IN 1968.
