...RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET AT LAKE YELLOWSTONE WY...

  HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUED ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE
REGION YESTERDAY. A RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 61 DEGREES WAS SET AT
LAKE YELLOWSTONE WY YESTERDAY. THIS TIES THE OLD RECORD OF 61 SET IN
2004. NOTE THE TEMPERATURE RECORDS FOR THE LAKE YELLOWSTONE SITE
ONLY DATE BACK TO 1998.

THE RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR THE COOPERATIVE OBSERVER SITE AT
LAKE YELLOWSTONE FOR OCTOBER 8 IS 68 DEGREES...WHICH WAS LAST SET IN
1996.
