930 PM EDT SAT OCTOBER 4 2014

...LOW MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE RECORD TIED AT INDIANAPOLIS IN...

THE HIGH TEMPERATURE TODAY OF 49 DEGREES TIES THE STANDING RECORD
FOR LOWEST HIGH TEMPERATURE EVER RECORDED ON THIS DATE IN
INDIANAPOLIS.  THE RECORD WAS SET IN 1885.

THE SAME TYPE OF RECORD FOR TOMORROW...OCTOBER 5...IS ALSO 49
DEGREES. WE EXPECT TO REACH THE MID 50S AS TEMPERATURES BEGIN
THEIR UPSWING WITH A MORE SOUTHERLY WIND REGIME.
