...RECORD COLD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET FOR SIOUX FALLS TODAY...

THE HIGH TEMPERATURE IN SIOUX FALLS TODAY WAS 14 DEGREES AT 12
MIDNIGHT CST. THE AFTERNOON HIGH WAS ONLY 12 DEGREES AT 4 PM CST.
EITHER WAY...THESE CHILLY READINGS WERE COLDER THAN THE PREVIOUS
RECORD COLDEST HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR THE 17TH OF NOVEMBER. THAT
FRIGID DAY OCCURRED WAY BACK IN 1903...WITH A HIGH OF ONLY 18
DEGREES.
