...RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE SET AT BUFFALO WY...

 CLEAR SKIES AND CALM CONDITIONS DROPPED TEMPERATURES BELOW ZERO
AGAIN ACROSS THE REGION. A RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE OF 4 DEGREES WAS
SET AT BUFFALO WY TODAY. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 12 SET IN
2011. NOTE THE RECORDS FOR THE BUFFALO SITE ONLY DATE BACK TO 1998.

THE RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE FOR THE COOPERATIVE OBSERVER SITE AT
BUFFALO FOR NOVEMBER 17 IS -26 DEGREES...WHICH WAS SET IN 1903.
