IN THE UPPER 30S. VARIABLE WINDS UP TO 10 MPH BECOMING SOUTHWEST
AROUND 15 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT. CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION NEAR
100 PERCENT. WAVES UP TO ONE FOOT.
