THROUGH JUST THE FIRST 16 DAYS IN OCTOBER...4.79 INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN IN ELKINS.

MORE RAIN HAS FALLEN IN ELKINS DURING THE FIRST HALF OF
OCTOBER...THAN MEASURED DURING AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER COMBINED.

FOR THOSE 2 MONTHS...A TOTAL OF 4.32 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN
ELKINS.
