SUBJECT: CHANGE IN MODERATE FLOOD STAGE ON THE MISSOURI RIVER AT
BROWNVILLE

ON THE MISSOURI RIVER AT BROWNVILLE...MODERATE FLOOD STAGE IS BEING
RAISED TO 38.5 FEET. THIS CHANGE IS BEING MADE TO BETTER REFLECT
WHEN FLOODING BECOMES MORE OF AN IMPACT ALONG THIS STRETCH OF THE
MISSOURI RIVER. HERE IS A SUMMARY OF THE CHANGES:

(BRON1) MISSOURI RIVER AT BROWNVILLE:
PREVIOUS ACTION STAGE:     31.5 FT  NEW ACTION STAGE:   (NO CHANGE)
PREVIOUS FLOOD STAGE:      33.0 FT  NEW FLOOD STAGE:    (NO CHANGE)
PREVIOUS MODERATE STAGE:   37.0 FT  NEW MODERATE STAGE:   38.5 FT
PREVIOUS MAJOR STAGE:      43.0 FT  NEW MAJOR STAGE:    (NO CHANGE)
