...FROST AND FREEZE HEADLINES DONE FOR THE SEASON...

MOST OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN HAD A WIDESPREAD FROST OR FREEZE ON
THE MORNING OF OCTOBER 19. THIS IS IN LINE WITH CLIMATOLOGICAL
NORMALS. WE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE FROST AND FREEZE HEADLINES FOR
MILWAUKEE...RACINE...AND KENOSHA COUNTIES...AND THE REMAINDER OF
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN.
