COMBINED TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER THE ISLANDS...ESPECIALLY ON
WINDWARD OAHU. THE FOLLOWING RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE FROM 800 AM HST
SATURDAY JULY 19 THROUGH 800 AM HST SUNDAY JULY 20.

THESE PRELIMINARY TOTALS WERE CALCULATED USING PROVISIONAL REPORTS
FROM AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN QUALITY CONTROLLED.
