...THE GROWING SEASON IS OVER FOR MUCH OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...

THIS IS BASED ON A MEDIAN FIRST FREEZE DATE. THE COUNTIES INCLUDED ARE
BRADFORD, WYOMING, SUSQUEHANNA, WAYNE, AND PIKE IN PENNSYLVANIA, AND
STEUBEN, CHEMUNG, SCHUYLER, TOMPKINS, TIOGA, BROOME, CORTLAND,
CHENANGO, SULLIVAN, DELAWARE, OTSEGO, MADISON, AND ONEIDA IN NEW YORK.
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILL NOT BE ISSUING ANY FROST ADVISORIES
OR FREEZE WARNINGS THIS FALL FOR THESE COUNTIES.

THE GROWING SEASON CONTINUES FOR ONONDAGA, SOUTHERN CAYUGA,
SENECA, AND YATES COUNTIES IN NEW YORK, AND LACKAWANNA AND LUZERNE
COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA UNTIL OCTOBER 11TH.
