.SYNOPSIS...A TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 90W S OF 24N WITH LOW PRES
INLAND THE YUCATAN PENINSULA NEAR 18N90W 1008 MB. THE WAVE AND
LOW WILL EMERGE INTO THE EASTERN BAY OF CAMPECHE LATE TONIGHT
INTO MON. THE LOW WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DEVELOP INTO A
TROPICAL CYCLONE AS IT MOVES WNW ACROSS THE REST OF THE BAY OF
CAMPECHE AND SW GULF DURING MON...AND THROUGH TUE NIGHT BEFORE
IT APPROACHES THE COAST OF MEXICO ON WED. FRESH TO STRONG SE
WINDS WITH BUILDING SEAS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE W CENTRAL PART OF
THE GULF BY MON AFTERNOON BETWEEN THE LOW PRES AND RIDGING
ACROSS THE FAR NORTHERN PORTION.
