SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

THEN PUSH THE FRONT JUST E OF THE WATERS THU. WEAK HIGH PRES WILL
BUILD E OVER THE WATERS WED NIGHT...AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY
OVER THE WATERS THROUGH THU NIGHT BEFORE SHIFTING E OF THE AREA
FRI AND FRI NIGHT. THE STATIONARY FRONT WILL THEN DRIFT BACK TO
THE N AND NW OVER THE REGION AS A WEAK WARM FRONT THU NIGHT
THROUGH SUN WHILE APPROACHING THE COAST...THEN MOVING BACK TO THE
