CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL PERSIST
W AND NW OF THE AREA THROUGH TUE NIGHT. THE HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
WEAKEN ON FRI AND FRI NIGHT...THEN STRENGTHEN AGAIN SUN INTO MON
NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH ALONG THE N AND CENTRAL COAST WILL
