SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT OVER THE CENTRAL
PORTION WILL DISSIPATE EARLY TODAY. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL CROSS
THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NW PORTION LATE TUE NIGHT INTO WED
NIGHT...AND STALL OVER THE NRN AREAS THU AND DISSIPATE. HIGH PRES
WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS FROM THE SW TONIGHT THROUGH
WED...THEN WEAKEN INTO THU NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL FORM
ALONG THE SRN CALIFORNIA COAST TONIGHT...PERSIST TUE INTO
