CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL PERSIST
TO THE W AND NW OF THE AREA TONIGHT THROUGH TUE NIGHT...THEN
WEAKEN WED AND WED NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH NEAR THE NRN AND
CENTRAL CALIFORNIA COAST WILL SLOWLY STRENGTHEN TONIGHT INTO SUN
NIGHT...WEAKEN MON INTO MON NIGHT AS A WEAKENING COLD FRONT
APPROACHES FROM THE NW. THE COASTAL TROUGH WILL RE-STRENGTHEN TUE
INTO WED NIGHT.
