CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE CENTRAL AREAS TODAY. HIGH PRES ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS WILL
BECOME WEAKER TODAY AND TONIGHT...THEN SETTLE ACROSS THE SRN
WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH ALONG THE SRN
CALIFORNIA COAST WILL BECOME WEAKER TODAY...THEN DISSIPATE
TONIGHT. DEVELOPING LOW PRES WILL MOVE INTO THE FAR NW WATERS FRI
AND LIFT N OF THE AREA FRI NIGHT AND SAT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD IN
FROM THE W AND NW OVER THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS LATE SAT AND
SAT NIGHT...THEN PERSIST TO THE W OF THE AREA THROUGH SUN
NIGHT...AND BECOME WEAKER MON AND MON NIGHT. A COASTAL TROUGH
WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE CENTRAL AND SRN COASTS LATE SUN AND SUN
