CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE OVER THE
CENTRAL WATERS WILL DRIFT S TODAY AND TONIGHT...THEN MOVE OVER
THE SRN WATERS WHILE WEAKENING WED AND WED NIGHT. A WEAKENING
COLD FRONT WILL THEN DISSIPATE OVER THE WATERS TDOAY. ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE NW PORTION TUE...THEN CONTINUE SE
ACROSS THE WATERS TUE NIGHT INTO WED NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING AS THE
ASSOCIATED LOW PRES PASSES TO THE NW OF THE AREA. ANOTHER HIGH
PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER THE CENTRAL WATERS THU AND THU
NIGHT...THEN SHIFT N OVER THE NRN WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A LOW
PRES TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE SRN AND CENTRAL COAST THU
THROUGH FRI NIGHT.
