SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A LOW PRES TROUGH ALONG THE SRN
CALIFORNIA COAST WILL SLOWLY STRENGTHEN TODAY INTO MON...THEN
EXPAND N INTO NRN CALIFORNIA MON NIGHT INTO TUE NIGHT. HIGH PRES
WILL PERSIST TO THE W OF THE WATERS THROUGH SUN...THEN BUILD TO
THE NW OF THE WATERS SUN NIGHT THROUGH WED NIGHT. LONG PERIOD
SOUTHERLY SWELLS ASSOCIATED WITH POST-TROPICAL MARIE WILL SLOWLY
SUBSIDE TODAY.
