SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A WARM FRONT OVER THE N WATERS
WILL MOVE N OF THE REGION THIS EVENING. STRONG LOW PRES ABOUT
500 NM W OF POINT REYES WILL MOVE INTO THE N WATERS LATER TONIGHT
WHILE INTENSIFYING...THEN LIFT N OF THE AREA SAT. HIGH PRES WILL
BUILD IN FROM THE W AND NW OVER THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS LATE
SAT AND SAT NIGHT...THEN PERSIST OVER THE CENTRAL AND S WATERS
THROUGH WED NIGHT. A COASTAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE
CENTRAL AND SRN COASTS LATE SUN AND SUN NIGHT...THEN WEAKEN
THROUGH TUE NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE N WATERS LATE
TUE AND TUE NIGHT THEN DISSIPATE WED. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH THE N WATERS WED NIGHT.
