CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...LOW PRES OVER THE SW WATERS
WILL DRIFT E THROUGH THE WATERS TODAY AND TONIGHT WHILE
WEAKENING. ANOTHER LOW PRES OVER THE GREAT LAKES WILL MOVE SE
TODAY...MOVE OFFSHORE SW OF THE AREA TONIGHT...THEN MOVE SLOWLY
NE TOWARD THE REGION WHILE STRENGTHENING WED AND WED NIGHT. THE
LOW WILL THEN PASS E THROUGH THE SRN WATERS THU INTO FRI...THEN
MOVE OFF TO THE NE FRI NIGHT INTO SAT NIGHT. AN AREA OF HIGH PRES
WILL BUILD SW OF THE REGION SAT AND SAT NIGHT AS A THIRD AREA OF
LOW PRES PASSES SE OF THE WATERS.
