STRENGTHEN OVER THE CAROLINAS THROUGH LATE FRI. SOUTHERLY RETURN
FLOW WILL INCREASE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF LATE FRI AND SAT AHEAD
OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE OFF THE COAST OF TEXAS MON AND
