WATERS WILL DISSIPATE AS IT DRIFTS SE THROUGH SAT. A SECOND
FRONTAL TROUGH WILL MOVE OFFSHORE THE TEXAS COAST LATE FRI NIGHT
AND MEANDER OVER THE NW GULF THROUGH SUN BEFORE DISSIPATING. AN
