.SYNOPSIS...A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NE ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. A
HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD ALONG THE WASHINGTON AND OREGON COASTS
WED AND WED NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP SE ACROSS THE WATERS
WED NIGHT AND THU. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD OVER THE REGION THU
THROUGH FRI. A SECOND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS FRI
NIGHT...THEN MOVE RAPIDLY SE OF THE AREA SAT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL BUILD ALONG THE WASHINGTON AND OREGON COASTS SAT NIGHT AND
