.SYNOPSIS...STRONG SOUTHERLY RETURN FLOW WILL INCREASE TO NEAR
GALE FORCE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF AHEAD OF A PRE-FRONTAL TROUGH
THAT WILL SHIFT FROM THE OFFSHORE TEXAS AND LOUISIANA COASTAL
WATERS THIS MORNING NE ACROSS THE N GULF WATERS AND INTO THE
FLORIDA PANHANDLE BY EVENING. A RAPIDLY MOVING COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE OFF THE TEXAS COAST TONIGHT AND REACH FROM THE FLORIDA BIG
BEND REGION TO W BAY OF CAMPECHE BY MON AFTERNOON...THEN STALL
BRIEFLY OVER THE SE WATERS LATE MON INTO TUE. STRONG HIGH PRES
BUILDING IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WILL PUSH THE FRONT SE OF THE
GULF ON WED AND INDUCE NORTHERLY GALES BEHIND THE FRONT LATE TUE
AFTERNOON THROUGH WED.
