OFFSHORE THE TEXAS COAST LATE FRI NIGHT AND MEANDER OVER THE NW
GULF THROUGH SUN BEFORE DISSIPATING. AN E TO W RIDGE WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF EARLY NEXT WEEK.
