COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL EXTEND FROM THE FLORIDA
BIG BEND REGION TO THE W BAY OF CAMPECHE LATE TONIGHT...THEN
BRIEFLY STALL THROUGH MIDDAY TUE. STRONG HIGH PRES BUILDING
EASTWARD IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WILL PUSH THE FRONT SE OF THE
GULF ON WED AND INDUCE NORTHERLY GALE FORCE WINDS BEHIND THE
FRONT TUE AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY WED. STRONG HIGH PRES WILL
ONCE AGAIN BUILD ACROSS THE GULF WED THROUGH FRI.

NW PORTIONS TUE MORNING THEN STALL BRIEFLY FROM 31N78W TO NEAR
CAPE CANAVERAL TUE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STRENGTHENING HIGH
PRES N OF THE FRONT ON TUE NIGHT WILL PUSH THE FRONT SE AGAIN TO
A POSITION FROM NEAR 31N72W TO W CENTRAL CUBA WED NIGHT...THEN
