TWICE AS HIGH.

A 984 MB LOW CENTERED 200 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF BARROW WILL
WILL WEAKEN TO 990 MB AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH
TUESDAY. A FRONT EXTENDING SOUTH AND EAST FROM THE LOW IS
CURRENTLY OVER PRUDHOE BAY AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE EAST
TO BE NEAR DEMARCATION POINT TUESDAY MORNING.
