* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS DEVELOP MONDAY
  EVENING ALONG THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS FROM GLACIER PARK SOUTH TO
  MACDONALD PASS.

* WINDS: WESTERLY WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH, WITH GUSTS UP TO 70 MPH IN
  ISOLATED LOCATIONS, WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS: DIFFICULT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
