AND EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL DEVELOPING BY AROUND MID-
AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE THROUGH THE LATE EVENING HOURS.

* AFFECTED AREA...THE SALT LAKE AND TOOELE VALLEYS.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS APPROACHING
  50 MPH.

* TIMING...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL STEADILY INCREASE THIS
  MORNING...THEN PEAK DURING THE MID-AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
  EVENING HOURS. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE WEST AND GRADUALLY
  DECREASE LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL DEVELOP ALONG WEST-TO-EAST
  HIGHWAYS ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. BLOWING DUST RESULTING IN
  REDUCED VISIBILITIES CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED ACROSS OPEN AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST
31 MPH OR GUSTS OF 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. MOTORISTS IN THE ADVISORY
AREA SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN GUSTY CROSS WINDS WHICH CAN
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT.
