...HIGH WIND WATCH FOR THE NORTH OREGON AND CENTRAL OREGON COASTAL
BEACHES AND HEADLANDS IS CANCELLED...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PORTLAND HAS CANCELLED THE HIGH
WIND WATCH.

THE WIND WILL INCREASE ALONG THE BEACHES AND HEADLANDS LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING...BUT SPEEDS WILL
GENERALLY BE 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH. THERE MAY BE A
FEW ISOLATED GUSTS TO 60 MPH BETWEEN 4 PM AND 8 PM. PEAK GUSTS OF
40 TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED IN COASTAL COMMUNITIES.
