.WINDS HAVE BEGUN A SLOW DECREASE ACROSS SOUTHCENTRAL AND
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA. WIND GUSTS IN THE 30 TO 35 MPH RANGE WILL
DECREASE AS THE EVENING CONTINUES.

THEREFORE...THE WIND ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 6 PM.
