THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING. FOG IS
EXPECTED TO BE PARTICULARLY PREVALENT IN RURAL AND LOW-LYING LOCATIONS.

* VISIBILITY...BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY IN LOW-LYING
  AREAS WHERE FOG REDUCES VISIBILITY TO A FEW HUNDRED FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITY WILL FREQUENTLY BE REDUCED
TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN... USE YOUR
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.
