* WINDS...WINDS OF 60 TO 70 MPH HAVE BEEN REPORTED NEAR
  WELLINGTON

* IMPACTS...WINDS GREATER THAN 60 MPH CAN CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH...OR GUSTS OF
58 MPH ARE EXPECTED.  WINDS THIS STRONG CAN CAUSE PROPERTY
DAMAGE.
