VISIBILITIES ARE IMPROVING ACROSS MOST OF THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY
THIS MORNING AND THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS BEING ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
THERE WILL HOWEVER STILL BE SOME POCKETS OF VERY LOW VISIBILITIES
IN DENSE FOG THROUGH THE LATE MORNING HOURS. DRIVERS SHOULD
CONTINUE TO USE EXTRA CAUTION.
